| Description of Duties: | Variety the Children's Charity of Manitoba steps in where government, healthcare, school divisions and other funding sources end to provide proven solutions to enrich the lives of children in Manitoba living with special needs and experiencing economic disadvantage. Variety is currently selling Show and Save Coupon Books and for each book sold, we get to keep 50% of the funds. We are looking for volunteers to can help us to sell these books at St. Vital Centre on March 28th, 29th and/or 31st. Shifts available are: %u2022 Tuesday March 28th from 1:45 pm - 5:30 pm %u2022 Tuesday March 28th from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm %u2022 Wednesday March 29th from 1:45 pm - 5:30 pm %u2022 Wednesday March 29th from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm %u2022 Friday March 31st from 1:45 pm - 5:30 pm %u2022 Friday March 31st from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm |
| Skills Required: | - Outgoing and friendly attitude - Basic mathematic skills including making change and counting money - Must be able to process transactions and/or is willing to learn this process. We have a tablet and merchant terminal for debit and credit card transactions. |
