| Description of Duties: | Assist the Grant Writing & Program Evaluation Director with the intricacies of evaluation structure and methods pertaining to grant opportunities and overall program evaluation |
| Skills Required: | QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES - Expertise in development of evaluation plans, logic models, and monitoring plans. - Understanding, willingness to learn, how to apply locally culturally relevant measures of success, understand abilities to collect data at the project level, while complying with funder requirements. - Ability to coach and work with project partners in a supportive, nonprescriptive manner, while still staying on track for evaluation requirements. - Expertise applying evaluation at a community or small organization level. - Ability to adapt. |
