Volunteer Opportunity Details | |
Description of Duties: | The Positive Alternatives for Youth (PAY) program supports youth in positively impacting the community through volunteering at places such as Animal Services, Revive and Thrive Thrift Store, Harvest Manitoba, and Fort Whyte Farms. These youth may be participating to get good experience for resumes, for school credit, as well as those that need to do community service. We ask that Mentors volunteer alongside the participants of the program, building relationships and being good role models for them. |
Skills Required: | - Be responsible and punctual - Be open minded and non-judgmental about the participants - Driver's license and willing to drive (optional) |

Age: | 18-30, 31-54, 55+ |
Time Commitment: | Daytime, Evening Current times that we have shifts (we would require commitment to at least 1 time slot): Tuesdays: 12-4pm Wednesdays: 4-8pm Thursdays: 4-8pm Fridays: 12-4pm |
