| Volunteer Opportunity Details | |
| Description of Duties: | To facilitate basic computer classes and teach the participants. Participants are newcomers to Canada with a variety of first languages. Classes are held in-person at 521 Bannatyne Avenue. |
| Skills Required: | *Strong knowledge/skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; *General computer knowledge; *Interested in and enjoy working with newcomers from a variety of cultural backgrounds; *Comfortable using technology including internet and ZOOM; * Have a passion to share skills and a desire to make a positive impact on others; *Dependable and reliable. |

| Time Commitment: | Evening Computer classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. We are looking for a time commitment of at least one 2-hour session per week for three to six months. |
