Office Superstar

Variety, the Children's Charity of Manitoba steps in where government, healthcare, and other funding ends to provide direct assistance to children in our province who are living with special needs and experiencing economic disadvantage.

Variety Manitoba is looking for a volunteer who can come to our offices during the week to help us with administrative tasks.

Duties Include:
- Data Entry into our online donor database
- Helping to send out birthday cards to our Variety kids
- Editing some incorrect data in our database / spreadsheets
- Helping to send out auction/solicitation request letters via email
- Helping with mailing letters and packages

Must be able to maintain confidentiality and be able to handle sensitive information.

Professional workplace behaviour a must.

Computer skills including Microsoft office.

Previous experience in office administration an asset.

The person in this role would learn the inner workings of a non-profit organization. They would be able to increase their computer skills and develop a professional workplace manner.

Start Date is: Immediately
This position requires you to come to our office and work during regular business hours.

We are open from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

You are not required to come in everyday for the full day. Hours are flexible.
