Organizational Description: Sara Riel Inc. exists to provide community-based supports to persons who experience issues with mental illness or mental health challenges including substance use disorders and addictions.

Our Mission is to provide those individuals with mental health and substance use/addiction challenges a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where self-determined needs are valued, and all are assisted on their path to reaching their goals.

Path to Self: Reconnecting an individual with the person they want to be;
Path to Wellness: Exploring ways to successfully manage their mental and physical health;
Path to Hope: Helping individuals to see that, despite potential barriers, their goals are achievable;

Volunteer Opportunity Details
Description of Duties: As we prepare for our inaugural Paths to Potential Wellnes Walk and Run we are looking for volunteers to help our event thrive!

We are currently looking for volunteers to assist in various roles including, but not limited to:
Registration Tables
Route Marshalls
Face Painters
Race Timers
Water Stations
Set Up and Take Down
Skills Required: -Reliable
-Works well individually and as part of a team
-Enthusiastic and Friendly; enjoy being involved with the community!
Skills Gained/Related Careers: This volunteer opportunity will offer skills in special events, community engagement, fundraising and communication.
Age: 17 and under, 18-30, 31-54, 55+
Time Commitment: Daytime
