Description of Duties: Want to give back to your community? A & O: Support Services for Older Adults requires volunteer facilitators to lead social companionship groups for older adults living in the Winnipeg community.

The Connect Conversation Group is a free telephone group that is facilitated by a volunteer for clients within A & O's Connect Program. The purpose of the group is to provide positive, light-hearted conversation, connection to others, and necessary resources during COVID-19. Each group has up to ten participants.
