Volunteer Opportunity Details
Description of Duties: The Member at Large in conjunction with other members of the Board of Directors is responsible for supporting the ends and core values of the organization through governing, rather than managing, the organization.

This position is subject to a Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search, Child Abuse Registry and an Adult Abuse Registry Check.
Skills Required: - Commitment to linking with the legal and moral ownership. This includes an understanding that board members, individually and collectively, are stewards for the organization.

Time Commitment: Evening
This volunteer position requires meeting a minimum of six (6) times a year. The meetings will be held in the evening and are approximately 2.5 hours in length.
