Volunteer Opportunity Details
Description of Duties: - Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, schedule appointments and direct calls to staff members.
- Welcome all visitors in a professional manner.
- Ensure that participants sign in and out using the attendance booklet.
- Maintain files and records.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier and printer.
-Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to other staff as directed by the Manager, program delivery and operations.
Skills Required: - Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask.
