Volunteer Opportunity Details
Description of Duties: - Establish regular telephone check-ins with clients and volunteers in the Connect Program.
- Inform Program Coordinator of any situations or concerns regarding clients or volunteers.
- Clearly document all contacts made with clients and volunteers in the appropriate electronic file.
- Sign off on all written documentation.
Skills Required: - Strong communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills and is
experienced and comfortable working within a cooperative style.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to listen objectively.
- An interest in other people and listening to their experiences.
