Strategic Board Governance
Strategic Planning is an essential responsibility of the board. Unfortunately, Strategic Planning sessions can be very time consuming and also quite expensive. Through practicing Strategic Thinking skills the Board can incorporate Strategic Planning into every meeting. This workshop answers the questions: What are these "Strategic Thinking" skills and how can the board develop them? How does the board ensure their resources are being committed to major goals so that they are making the best of what they have? How does Strategic Thinking provide the foundation for effective and successful Strategic Planning?
What will you learn?
