Program Evaluation Work
Learn about the “building blocks” of program evaluation and how to demonstrate links between your
organizational plans, actions and outcomes.
Learn about:
- The challenges and opportunities of program evaluation
- How organizational plans and actions link to desired outcomes
- Credible and reasonable indicators of success, how to identify
outcomes and track performance indicators
This interactive three-hour workshop will provide participants with
an introduction to developing evaluation plans and processes for
their organization. The workshop will review the purpose of evaluation,
key terms, ethical considerations, sources, and methods. Specific
attention will be paid to the internal and external needs for evaluation
in the voluntary sector.
The session will be a mix of presentation, structured activities,
semi-structured discussions, and networking opportunities.
