** EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR PEER LEARNING GROUP
**
Based on the results of the survey we conducted during the
spring Volunteer Manitoba will coordinate the only
peer learning group available to Executive Directors
of non-profit agencies.
The application deadline was November 7 and the applicants
will be notified shortly of who was selected to be a part
of this year's group.
A survey of interests for the 2006 Peer Learning Group will
be conducted in the Spring. If you have questions about
this year's group, the application process, or the upcoming
survey please contact Tracy Douglass, Coordinator, Training

The Peer Learning Approach
is designed specifically to:
- build management and leadership capacity,
- help break the isolation experienced by many senior staff,
- provide an oppportunity to share experiences, develop
critical analysis skills, practice, and reflect,
- create links among leaders.
