This forum will also include a seminar: "Successful
Project Planning for Non-Profits". This seminar
will provide an overview of success factors and best
practices to ensure your goals are achieved within
a set budget and timeframe. |

Theme: Leader / Manager - Defining the Role of Executive
Director
An
opportunity for critical analysis, feedback, experience
sharing, and reflection as your work with your group
over a period of 6 months to develop and define
your role as Executive Director in your own organization.
The group is formed through an application process
and the application forms will be available soon.
