Peer Learning: Addressing Needs of Executive Directors

According to recent studies, without providing meaningful support, our sector is at risk of losing leadership and management skill sets as these individuals leave and find less stressful jobs, resulting in a significant drop in the ability of nonprofits to cope with the demands placed on them.
Volunteer Manitoba researched various approaches to support executive directors and the piloted Executive Director Peer Learning Group method shows results.
