Our resource library has many books that explore facilitation and group processes.

"Facilitation Skills for Team Leaders" by Donald Hackett & Charles Martin - A resource for those placed in the role of facilitator to build their skills to become more effective team leaders. Lots of exercises, activities and assessments to help identify and develop facilitation skills.

"Facilitator's Guide to Participatory Decision-Making" by Sam Kaner - A training manual and sourcebook for facilitators and leaders. Tools and skills are presented to help facilitators improve their ability to encourage full participation, mutual understanding and help groups arrive at agreements.

"Mining Group Gold" by Thomas Kayser - A guide to building and maintaining collaboration within a work group. Tools and processes emphasize teamwork and the building of consensus through plannind facilitation.

"No More Teams! Mastering the Dynamics of Creative Collaboration: by Michael Schrage - An exploration of how creative relationships work and how to achieve the leve of collaboration necessary for generating effective innovation and ideas in organizations.
