Every year Volunteer Manitoba distributes volunteer awards information packages which includes all the various nomination forms and the dinner ticket order form.

This information package is automatically mailed to those who have received them in the past and contain:

- The Volunteer Week Information Booklet which contains information about the Dinner, our sponsors, nomination forms or ordering dinner tickets
- The Dinner Ticket Order Form
- The Volunteer Award Nomination Forms
- The Premier's 2006 Proclamation
