*** Volunteer
Manitoba's Resource Centre has added an outstanding
new French-language resource covering topics under
six categories: Volunteer Management, Committees, Communication/Networking,
Organization Planning & Evaluation, Conflict Resolution
and Finances. This resource provides excellent basic information

*** New Resources
from Canada Volunteerism Initiative
- Two
fact sheets are available to provide suggestions on how
to engage youth volunteers. Visit the Knowledge
Development Centre to access these
sheets.
*** Association for Canadian Studies released
a new poll stating 57% of Canadians
don't volunteer. This poll asks about where people are volunteering,
how they rate their volunteer experience, and why people
are not volunteering.
