Announcing
the Recipients of the 2006 Manitoba Volunteer Awards
National Volunteer Week (April 24 -
28, 2006) gives Manitobans an opportunity to applaud and pay
tribute to the many individuals, organizations, groups, businesses,
labour and media outlets who contribute so much to their communities,
locally and throughout the province.
The Manitoba Awards Nomination Committees have selected 30
individuals and groups from the many worthy nominations to
receive formal recognition of their volunteer contributions.
Volunteer Manitoba will host a gala evening Wednesday, April
26 and we invite you to join us as we present the awards to
the recipients.

Manitoba congratulates all recipients and nominees and sends
a special thank you to all who submitted nominations on thier
behalf.
