  • *Please note VM /CONTACT is no longer taking orders for the 2011 resource guides.  You may place an order for a 2012 guide.  These are due out in the Spring of 2012.  You will be contacted when guides are available.

    - Fill out the form below completely to receive custom costing for the CONTACT Resource Guide

    - Upon receipt of your pre-order form a Sales Order will be sent to you for review. The Sales Order will include prices and all other applicable charges. The Sales Order is NOT an invoice.

    - After receiving the sales order, contact our office if you wish to change or proceed with your order.
