If you lead or are involved in a team or group, this workshop will help enhance your understanding of the key fundamentals associated with leadership, group facilitation, and teamwork. You will also have a better understanding of related strengths and weakness of yourself as an individual and of the group as a whole.
Workshop topics include:
- -Differences and similarities between leadership and facilitation (definitions, qualities, styles, and other information)
- -Self examination of your preferred leadership style, strengths and areas for improvement
- -Elements of effective groups/teams
- -Assessment of your group/team
- -Effective communications
- -The importance of investing in human development and building capacity of the group
- -Leading community development

Executive Directors, Board Members, Program Managers, Project Managers, Administrative Staff, and anyone from the non-profit sector
