What are Organization Verification Reports?
Answer:
These sheets provide what is currently listed in the CONTACT data
warehouse for your organization/program and is requesting an update
or any changes - you can either fax or mail
the changes.

How can I purchase a guide?
Answer:
You may choose between the following:
1) Fill in the on-line
order form; or
2) Request an order form be faxed to you; or
3)
Drop in and pick one up at Suite 410 - 5 Donald Street South (at
Stradbrook Ave).
